The Beta House, located in Heerlen, is a historic building and has a history dating back to the 17th century. It is known to some as an old music building, part of the Heerlen School of Music. Today, the Beta House functions as a community building with permanent offices and various event spaces. It also hosts cultural institutions.

Central monitoring of energy consumption
The Sqippa solution at Beta House will eventually offer central monitoring of energy consumption per rented office unit. With climate sensors, we collect real-time data to model the investment agenda: a solar system, electrification of heat demand or ventilation.
Maintenance and investment support
Sqippa provides insight into energy consumption and failures of HVAC installations. In the future, the facility manager can base maintenance and replacement on BMS data instead of quotations or maintenance contracts.
