SKOV primary school
The Volendam Catholic Education Foundation is responsible for eight primary schools spread throughout Volendam. At these primary schools, around 1,900 children receive education from our 180-plus teachers and education support staff every day. All primary schools offer children a safe and structured learning environment where they are seen, trusted and stimulated.
By implementing Sqippa and equipping the primary schools with climate sensors, it is possible to continuously measure CO2 levels and temperature. This provides insight into when extra ventilation or aeration is needed to bring the quality up to standard. A good indoor climate leads to less absenteeism and higher learning efficiency.
